The R&A, in partnership with Keith Prowse, is delighted to offer a selection of official hospitality packages at The Open Championship 2008 at Royal Birkdale, Southport. Corporate Hospitality is an important part of building and maintaining client relations, with so much at stake it's essential to know what you are booking. With so many options to choose from it is ideal to understand the differences between official and unofficial providers. Buying from us guarantees you an official ticket and ensures a share of the money paid goes back to the R&A. Unofficial hospitality providers are not always guaranteed tickets for the event and their facilities are often inconveniently located, miles away from the course. Working together we guarantee the finest and most centrally located facilities available within the course to allow you relax and enjoy the world class golf.

Choose from the following four hospitality options all located on the official R&A site:

THE EXECUTIVE RESTAURANT
Available within the hospitality village, for parties of 8 – 12 guests with smaller groups being accommodated on a shared basis. The Executive Restaurant features a traditional dining experience as follows:

• Tea, coffee and bacon roll on arrival
• A glass of champagne prior to lunch
• Four-course lunch with fine wines
• Afternoon tea including sandwiches and cakes
• Complimentary bar (excluding champagne)
• Garden or balcony area

PRIVATE CHALETS
We are able to offer these private chalets within the hospitality village with seating for 30 or 50 guests. Private facilities for larger parties are also available on request. The Private Chalets feature a traditional dining experience as follows:

• Tea, coffee and bacon roll on arrival
• A glass of champagne prior to lunch
• Four-course lunch with fine wines
• Afternoon tea including sandwiches and cakes
• Complimentary bar (excluding champagne)
• Garden or balcony area

THE OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP CLUB RESTAURANT
Located close to the players’ practice putting green and including:

• Champagne reception
• A “Chefs Table” gourmet experience comprising of:
• Golfers’ hot breakfast
• Superior lunch of fresh food from around the world and fine wines
• Afternoon tea including sandwiches, cakes and strawberries
• Complimentary bar (including champagne)

SKY HOSPITALITY BOXES
The Sky Hospitality Boxes offer an enhanced menu and a range of luxury facilities which are only available in this superior facility. The balcony offers panoramic views overlooking the first tee at Royal Birkdale. The package includes:

• Champagne reception
• Golfers’ hot breakfast
• Superior four-course menu and fine wines
• Complimentary bar (including champagne)
